1. Site operator
The Instituto ACR platform is operated by Grupo Refrigerantes ACR, S.A. de C.V., with address at Calzada Ignacio Zaragoza 415, Local C, Valentín Gómez Farías, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, Postal Code 15010. For questions, write to institutogracr@gruporefrigerantes.com.mx.
2. Registration and account
- You must provide true, complete, and current information, especially identity data and academic documents.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and reporting any unauthorized access.
- Your account is personal and nontransferable. Impersonation, use of another person's documents, or attempts to bypass security controls may result in suspension or cancellation.
- If you are a minor, your enrollment and any authorization legally requiring it must be granted or confirmed by your parent or legal guardian.
3. Courses, programs, and availability
A published course, schedule, price, or call for enrollment is informational until the Institute confirms availability, requirements, and enrollment. The specific features, format, duration, calendar, cost, payment method, and applicable policies will be those stated in the corresponding announcement, quotation, or confirmation.
4. Payments, changes, and cancellations
When payment applies, its terms, verification, invoicing, changes, cancellations, and any refunds will be governed by the specific offer or enrollment document and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable consumer rights.
5. Acceptable use of the platform
You may not compromise accounts or systems, alter assessments or evidence, upload malicious code, harass others, infringe third-party rights, copy content without authorization, or use the platform for unlawful activities. We may temporarily restrict access when necessary to protect users, information, or infrastructure, without prejudice to applicable academic or contractual procedures.
6. Assessments and academic documents
Results, records, diplomas, or certificates depend on meeting the academic, documentary, administrative, and assessment requirements disclosed for each program. Creating an account alone does not guarantee admission, passing, certification, employment, or any specific professional outcome.
7. Intellectual property
The site's materials, trademarks, designs, videos, texts, assessments, and software belong to their respective owners. Course access grants only a personal, limited, nontransferable permission for learning purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or exploited beyond what is expressly authorized.
8. Participant content and image
Publishing identifiable photographs or videos of participants for academic or promotional communication requires the corresponding optional authorization. That authorization may be withdrawn for future uses under the Privacy Notice. The Institute will not use an image in a degrading, misleading, or unrelated manner.
9. Third-party links and services
The site may link to maps, videos, social networks, payment services, or other external services. Their terms and privacy practices belong to their operators; review them before providing information.
10. Availability and liability
We seek to keep the platform secure and available, but maintenance, interruptions, or failures beyond our control may occur. The parties' liability will be determined by the contracted service and applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms to reflect legal, academic, or technical changes. We will publish the new version and, if a change materially affects an existing relationship, communicate it through a reasonable channel. Mexican law and the competent authorities will apply, without affecting users' statutory rights.
