1. Identity and address of the data controller

2. Personal data we process
- Identification and contact data: first and last name, CURP, date of birth, sex, email address, telephone number, and address or place of residence.
- Academic and technical profile: course of interest, experience, assessments, progress, attendance, documents, and academic results.
- Account and security data: hashed password, language, access logs, IP address, browser, and activity required to prevent abuse.
- Administrative and payment data when related to enrollment, a quotation, or supporting documentation.
- Photographs, audio, or video only when the applicable authorization or another disclosed legal basis exists.
We do not request sensitive data that is unnecessary. If a submitted document contains sensitive information, it will be processed only for the stated purpose and with the applicable safeguards and consent.

If the person is a minor, use of their image requires specific authorization from a parent or legal guardian; checking the registration box does not replace that authorization.
5. Transfers and service providers
We may rely on hosting, email, security, storage, support, or payment-processing providers that process data on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose essential data to authorities or educational, assessment, or certification entities when needed to meet a legal obligation, deliver the requested service, or based on the applicable consent. We do not sell your personal data.
6. ARCO rights, withdrawal, and restriction

Include your name, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data involved, a way to receive our response, and documents that verify your identity or legal representation.
